The information-analytical project management system based on a set mathematical model of the stakeholders

Abstract
The report presents the mathematical model, the structure and functions of the information-analytical system of managing complex projects based on complex mathematical models of functioning of the various interested parties (stakeholders), taking into account their goals, objectives, functions, and other characteristics.An information system is a universal cyclic alternative network model, which provides the possibility of describing a complex project taking into account the stochasticity of its structure, the probabilistic nature of the parameters. The presented procedure allows the formation for each of its stakeholder network model corresponding to the degree of aggregation.
