Signal processing methods at tank gaging by frequency distance measuring equipment

Abstract
The survey of signal processing methods is given in the article. It is shown that high accuracy of distance measuring is obtained by the use of signal zeros of difference frequency at processing. Methods, which can be used to design devices providing errors in distance measurement of a few millimeters and less, are given.
