Algorithms of Automatic Creation of Thermal Power Plants Steam Boilers Technical State Detailed Diagnostic Inspection Programs

This paper describes an automated planning management of steam boilers metal elements diagnostic inspections. The results of boilers elements selection criteria formalization are provided. The program modules that determine which boilers elements should be added to a diagnostic inspection schedule are described. The algorithm of automatic diagnostic schedules creating based on template schedules, which are filled with data at the preparatory stage before the software routine maintenance is given. The general software working procedure is provided, based on a cycle of operations, including data input about previous technical diagnostic inspection and forming of a new diagnostic schedule for the next technical examination.
