Analysis of the possible faults, sources of uncertainties and failure reasons for tensometric pressure sensor

Abstract
According to GOST R 8.673-2009, analysis of faults and the sources of inaccuracy of an intelligent sensor device with the function of metrological self-check should be done as a part of development process. In the paper possible faults of tensometric pressure sensors are considered and analyzed. The faults that influence the frequency response and therefore can be detected by analyzing the frequency response of a sensor are explored.
