This device allows the formation of necessary control signals and provides data registration by PC up to 8 channels. The automation of experiments with registration of massspectra, volt-ampere characteristics and pre-breakdown insulator surface processes has been carried out. The measurement system for X-ray photoelectron spectrometer has been realized. The original software using VBA for MS Excel has been developed for every task.
