Design principles and hardware and software tools for organism homeostasis control by means of microwave electromagnetic radiation

Abstract
New biophysical concept of solving electromagnetic environment pollution problem is proved in the article. Principles for organism homeostasis control by means of microwave electromagnetic radiation are given. Hardware and software implementation tools are presented.
