Kolesnikova, SUSU Abstract The mathematical model of process of a Waelz-process of zinc kek considering reactions of decomposition of sulfate of zinc, restoration of zinc, oxidation of carbon of a koksik, a heatmass transfer in the elementary volume of length of the furnace, and also change of thermal streams of furnace charge and gas on furnace length is considered. Results of modeling – graphics of change of amount of the substances reacting at Waelz -process and furnace charge temperature on furnace length are given.
