Zakharova, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation, al_ekca@mail.ru Abstract A method of the committee approach to the prognostic control of energy efficiency of industrial plants is considered. The method is based on optimal prognostic model for energy consumption of technological objects and production departments. The modelbuilding is based on three criteria: (1) the maximum of the weighted sum of the forecasting points with required accuracy; (2) regularization of the problem statement in case of incomplete data; (3) minimization of economic losses arising from forecast errors. A special program for energy efficiency decision-making support is offered. The program is based on factorial analysis of the current energy consumption of the controlled units and energy consumption goals setting. The main objectives of energy management: operational management and control, planning of production, planning of energy saving measures are considered.
