Suggested advanced management model of socio-economic systems, the novelty of which is the realization of a strategic management by the introduction of the second feedback loop (dualcircuit control). Given the generalized structural scheme of management of social-economic system, which allows to identify the main blocks of the management, the classes of processes of management and information vectors, coming into the system and generated in it.
