The article is devoted to development of a technique of the solution of a multistep dynamic problem of optimization of adaptive management of structure of the commodity range of the enterprise. The offered approach is based on solutions of a problem of optimum program terminal control and allows to develop the administrative decisions taking into account existence of feedback directed on formation of optimum structure of the commodity range of the enterprise.
