Algorithms of Automatic Creation of Thermal Power Plants Steam Boilers Preventive Maintenance Schedules

Abstract
This paper describes an automated planning management of thermal power plants steam boilers preventive maintenance. Automated planning is based on priority method which considers input factors of scheduled periodicity and length of different types of maintenance tasks, including major, middle and minor repairs. Resulting maintenance schedules can be adjusted by thermal power plants specialists in an automated mode. The results of main restriction criteria formalization are provided, including restrictions for different thermal power plants and different types of plant items, repairs intersection restrictions and excluding of specific periods during which some types of repairs shouldn’t be carried out. The algorithms of automatic proportional maintenance allocation based on the restriction criteria are given.
