Correction of the Regulatory Process in Heating Systems by Parameters of the ECL Comfort 200

The development of energy-saving measures in the field of municipal services is the very important and necessary part of both the development of new heating systems and direct exploitation of existing ones.Wide application of automatic regulators in thermal systems identified a number of problems. The processes of change of the coolant temperature in such systems are oscillatory. Experimental identification of the most frequently used controllers for heating systems such as ECL Comfort (produced by Danfoss), Vitotronic (produced by Viessmann), 90S (produced by ESBE), showed that a method based on the identification as dynamic nonlinear regulators may be the only possible option of data correction of regulators.The article presents the experimental studies in real heating system to identify potential opportunities of optimization of resources the consumption. The results of the study are complemented by theoretical analysis of the dynamics in heating systems based on the method of harmonic balance, which will qualitatively define the change character of the set of regulatory processes.
