The present report describes the practice of the building of energy management system in the largest petrochemical company in Russia and Eastern Europe - "Sibur".
The factors influencing the decrease in energy saving are identified, measures are proposed by the main groups that provide energy efficiency at the plant, the architecture of information and analytical system of control and power management shows and the analysis of problems of its creation is given.
